  • I live in Louisville, KY, but I'm willing to go just about anywhere that needs assistance. I would go from Trinadid to Aukland to just about anywhere in the U.S. but Texas, where repressive conditions generally go against my ethics. otherwise, i don't care. the new york area sounds like it would need the most labor (and I have kin somewhere in the city, though I suspect finding him will be difficult. i have 25 years in the newspaper business, now retired, and i can swing a hammer, pick up crap and generally work with people. I can scrounge and collect all day long. write, too, if need be in a city full of aspiring novelists. spent a lot of time working in disaster areas, so I know the risks and the need for caution. I just need 2 things -- transportation to a site and a place to stay. don't know who to contact other than the general site and have seen nothing got "Anyplace, anywhere," so here it is -- bjohn18x@yahoo.com
